Grounds Maintenance Crew Leader

  • Mowing

  • Pruning

  • Full grounds maintenance

  • Spring/Fall cleanups

  • Mulching, planting, and sod installation

  • Lead and organize a 2–3 member team

  • Organize daily schedules and routes

  • Oversee morning and evening loading of vehicles and trailers, including daily inspection reports

  • Communicate with clients

  • Softscape and Hardscape installation

General Crew Member

  • Mulching, planting, and sod installation

  • Softscape and hardscape installation

  • Fence and deck construction

  • Spring/Fall cleanups

  • Lead and supervise a 2–3 member team

  • Plan daily schedules and routes

  • Oversee vehicle and trailer loading and inspections

  • Communicate with clients

  • Maintain quality standards and reduce return visits

  • Complete daily logs and site checklists

  • Enforce safety procedures and proper PPE use
